I am an educator. I have experience with everything from nutrition, weight loss, meditation, yoga, deep breathing, stretching, and ways of thinking, to exercise; which includes functional, reactive, balance, stabilization, kettlebell, strength and power training. Anything you want to do, I can help you get there, fast. But it's really not about getting anywhere. It's about learning these things for yourself so you can travel down any path you want to, while focusing on the path itself.

EVERYTHING I recommend to people is what I am doing myself or what I have done to get to the level of health I am at. Everyone's specific needs will be different, but the foundations are very much the same. My standards are extremely high, I only deal with the best of the best.
